how to do it?

to avoid mistake stand near a wall and place a hand on the wall for balance now lift the foot (as much as you can ) off the ground. now slowly lower your foot but not allow the heel to touch the ground between reps.

  • you can do it by seated calf raises.

come in the plank position now draw your right leg to the chest but do not touch the foot to the floor.now back to starting position this is 1 repetition.

start in the sumo position with your feet wide and your toe should face against each other. now raise your heel and squeeze your calf.

now lower your heel to the starting position this is the one repetition.
