1. Running

running is most basic, easy and effective excise you can do for reducing fat from your body. regular running can build stamina and strength.

30 minutes of running can burn 200 to 500 calories which comparatively a workout at a gym.

you can run in the morning or night its depend on your flexibility. burning calories also depend on your speed and time. you can wear a tracker or fitness band for measuring calories.

2.Crunches

the first exercise is crunches initial you find it tough like me or maybe not but this exercise also use for build abs This train is useful to your higher belly.

how to do it?

  • lay on the ground and make your hand behind your head on the neck.
  • benk your both knees with the toe.
  • carry your shoulder high up and away from the ground.
  • face toward the roof. then back to laying position but your head should not touch the floor.
  • this is 1 repetition.

Additional tips

don’t remove your hand from the neck its may cause you pain also, don’t bend your head toward knee its cause you pain.

workout 

10 repetition in 1 set and you have to do  3 set initially then as you became regular with exercise increase repetition to 15 and set into 4.

3. sit-ups

once you become regular with crunches now you can easily sit0-ups which have more effect on the belly.

how to do it?

  •  lie on your back on an exercise mat or floor.
  • Bend your both knees.
  • Place your both hands on the chest, where it touches your neck and lift your chest toward your leg.
  • Point your elbows towards the leg and try to touch knee with the elbow.
  • now back to starting position its a 1 repetition.

Additional tips

don’t bend you back it causes you pain or if you do regular it causes injuries.

10 repetition in 1 set and you have to do  3 set initially then as you became regular with exercise increase repetition to 15 and set 4.

4.hip lifts/bridge

once you tired with lifting chest in sit-ups. now you can do hip lift which pressures on your belly.

how to do it?

  • lie on the ground and bend your knees.
  • place your hand beside glutes and lift your hip forward to the roof and stretch.
  • now slowly lower your hip back to starting position.
  • this is one repetition.

Additional tip

when you lift your hip make sure your back should be straight.

5. plank

 exercise to reduce belly fat

let’s relax your hips and exercise from backward that is a plank. its look very easy and less effective but it has a major effect when its come to burning fat.

how to do it?

  • lower your arm to the floor with your elbows under your shoulder.
  • your hand should wide.

Additional tip

don’t lower your hip the only thing which touch floor is your elbow and toe nothing else.

workout 

15-second plank in 1 set and you have to do  3 set initially then as you became regular with exercise increase time to 30 seconds and set 4.
